end game plan for this was to be fast road and accasional track use and to look good at the same time..

started life as a 105bhp 1.8 xr3i as a 18 year old the insurance love me! :(

current mods are...

full escort cosworth wide arches, bumpers, spoiler, skirts etc
Avo adjustable coilovers
revolution millenium 17's
300mm front mk3 mondeo/st170 brake conversion
280mm rear st conversion
polybushed anti roll bar

2.0 zetec
group A air filter (ill explain later) lol
magnex cat back exhaust

stripped out back (carpeted floor)
corbeau GT reclinable bucket seats
sparco 3 point harnesses
momo steering wheel

I decided that to have a car that looked like a cosworth but with a N/A zetec under the bonnet ended up being a bit imbarsising so i started building up a zetec turbo to put in it.

over about 2 months it was built up and ready to go in the car..

specs of the engine were...
2.0 zetec
2.1 bore
c20let pistons
focus inlet
focus rs injectors (blacktop top feed rail)
aftermarket pressure reg
rs turbo manifold (re-tapped head)
cosworth t3 turbo
JDM intercooler kit
group A air filter
rs turbo paddle clutch
ib5 box

got lucky and my loom being a older mk5 i could put the Boostmonkeys ofam ecu straight in
innovate wideband lambda with gauge

after a week changing the engine over, setting up all the new electrical bits and intercooler piping and what not it ran and was able to tootle around while on a basemap to solve the teething problems, to cut a long story short the bottom pully slipped and 8 valves were bent, at that time i diddnt have the money to have a new head put on and gaskets etc and having to drive down to london every week i put the 2.0 back in for the time been untill summer comer when i can have it off the road for another week to put the turbo engine back in.

currently its the slow 2.0 waiting for the turbo engine to be build back up with some more goodies attached for more power.

Passionford @ Watford starts Sunday 10th June at 3pm until 7 ish

Located right next to J6 of the M1 & J21A of the M25, minutes away from the A41

Every model and type of Ford are welcome to attend this meet as is anyone from any other car club, but take note below of the onsite rules and regulations

What a great change it will make to have a chilled sunday afternoon meet with no pressure or traffic worries and being able to cruise along in the afternoon sunshine
( if we get any mind) WD25 7JZ

Note
There is a strict 10mph speed limit on site with security patrols and CCTV
Anyone interested in any form of anti social behavior may as well stay at home as you will not be welcome and will be asked to leave by me and security on site

Plenty of on site food outlets as well as cinema and a bowling alley and even things for the kids to do inside as its totally up to you

You must not litter as security staff have powers to fine people for doing this as its private property
